Service Delivery Manager at Techvista Qatar engages closely with customers through sales development, delivery, customer success and account management. As well as delivery responsibilities this role will be expected to grow and expand projects into existing customers.
Collaborate with field sales, digital engineering architects and account teams to seek to understand customers’ needs, their business, how success is defined and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.
Demonstrate leadership in the digital engineering and technology sales community, showing differentiated solutions and innovation.
Manage the Sales operations; planning, forecasting, pipeline management and revenue management for the new logos.
BSCS or equivalent
8+ years of experience in the technical delivery of projects
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
