Candidate Requirements:

• 3 years plus development experience in MSCRM
• Govern technical hands on JS, Plugins and WFA
• Apply Microsoft development techniques effectively following  development best practices
• Successfully implemented more than 3 CRM dynamics projects
• Skilling in the areas of Power Apps, CDS, Flow and Logic Apps.
• Resource should have worked on 1 CRM upgrade. Preferably to Dynamics 365 (On premise or Online)
• Awareness with CRM Installation on Load balancing servers
• Disaster recovery
• Awareness of SSIS packages or Data Migration tools like Scribe, Kingwaysoft etc.
• Preferable certifications: MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core, MB-210: Microsoft 365 Sales, MB-230: Microsoft 365 Service.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skill and effectively handle the customer onsite.
